The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. They offer a free shuttle service to the slopes, which is very convenient, and the hotel is located close to several lifts. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good.
Staying at this hotel during New Year's Eve was quite challenging. the hotel was very crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 30 second walk to the ski slopes, which made it very convenient to get on and off the mountain. The staff was friendly, smiling and very helpful with everything we needed. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, particularly the big ski room where we could store our gear and the cozy onsen which was an amazing way to relax after a long day of skiing. The rooms were big, cozy and very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Finally, the breakfast buffet was great, with a range of delicious options to choose from.

The family who run this hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was always delicious. I highly recommend choosing the half-board option. The ski rental is super convenient and they have everything you need. The location of the hotel is right by the ski runs, making it easy to access them.
The pillows in the room were a bit hard and could have been more comfortable. The breakfast and lunch timings were a bit inconvenient for us on Sunday, starting at 7:30am and ending at 7:45am.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the ski slopes and nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the surroundings. the breakfast had a good selection of food, including some local dishes that we enjoyed. We also appreciated the free ski lockers and on-site ski rental.
The hotel lacked some modern amenities, such as a gym or spa, which would have been nice to have after a long day of skiing.
